Аннотация

«Экзистенциальная психодрама» — первое переведенное на русский язык произведение Клода Лорэна, французского психолога и психотерапевта. Эта книга является плодом осмысления более чем 30-летней психотерапевтической практики автора, который работал сначала с детьми и подростками — аутистами и психотиками в клинике Этамп, а затем с взрослыми пациентами в клинике святой Анны в Париже.

Экзистенциальная психодрама — авторский метод, который, в отличие от классической психоаналитической психодрамы, предлагает клиенту не только возвращение к моменту получения психологической травмы, но также создание проекта своего будущего. Это формирует у человека созидательную и ответственную субъектную позицию, выводя его из состояния инертности, безнадежности и запрограммированности.

Клод Лорэн сопоставляет принципы и возможности экзистенциальной психодрамы с принципами и ограничениями классической психодрамы. В заключение он приводит 10 случаев из своей практики, которые иллюстрируют возможности применения метода экзистенциальной психодрамы к сложным клиническим случаям.
