Биография

Клаус Кобьёлл родился в 1948 году в Бамберге (ФРГ), бизнесом занимается с 22 лет. После окончания Школы гостиничного бизнеса в Страсбурге (Франция) в 1970 году он, имея 1000 DM стартового капитала, открыл в Эрлангене (близ Нюрнберга) Creperie - первую в Германии "блинную" на 27 посадочных мест. Затем через каждые полтора года следовало открытие нового объекта в области популярной гастрономии, обязательно соответствующее возрасту ее владельца: от дискотеки и джазового клуба до китайских и французских ресторанов и американского бара. Деревенский отель Schindlerhof был его двенадцатым предприятием и первой собственностью. В 1990 году он превратил его в творческий центр Schindlerhof.

Клаус Кобьёлл занимается также консультированием и ведет семинары и учебные курсы по темам: "Маркетинг гостиничного бизнеса", "Мотивационный менеджмент", "Успешная гастрономия".
