С начала 90-х годов наркомания начала лавинообразно прогрессировать по всей территории России. Нет необходимости приводить статистику, сколько изломанных судеб и искалеченных жизней связано с ее распространением и сколько молодых людей и даже детей, так и не узнавших жизни, убито этой болезнью. Наша психика уже привыкла к сообщениям в средствах массовой информации о сложившейся трагичной ситуации. Сформировался своеобразный «психический барьер» на эту страшную действительность.
Все люди разные. Разные и больные наркоманией и далеко не все из них вызывают сочувствие и сострадание. Очень часто эти люди переступают порог закона с целью достать денег на жизненно необходимую дозу. И не удивительно, что многие люди придерживаются мнения и даже убеждения, что с наркоманами не надо возиться, что наркозависимость – это их вина и что в отношении них гораздо более эффективными будут репрессивные меры.
Но среди больных наркоманиями очень много и таких, которые искренне желают избавиться от пагубной зависимости, которые ждут помощи и еще надеются на нее. И, к огромному сожалению, очень много случаев, которые заканчиваются трагично. Так, по официальной статистике не более 8-10% опийных наркоманов избавляются от зависимости, а по результатам клинических наблюдений в структуре Российской наркомании основное место занимает злоупотребление наркотиками именно опийной группы и в первую очередь героина.
Самое страшное для этих пациентов даже не столько преодоление абстинентного синдрома («ломки»), сколько необходимость прожить довольно длительный период времени после лечения, когда жизнь становится «пресной», неяркой, безрадостной. Наркотические препараты лишают человека способности радоваться и получать удовольствие от жизни без приема самих препаратов. В этот период человеку трудно найти себе какое-либо занятие, трудно устроиться на работу, т.к. все, что он будет предпринимать, не принесет положительного эмоционального подкрепления. А любое дело приобретает какой-то смысл только в том случае, если оно приносит хоть какое-то удовлетворение.
Ощущение радости восстанавливается очень медленно – от полугода до 3-х лет. Этот период называется реабилитацией (восстановлением). И именно этот период «эмоциональной опустошенности» многие не выдерживают и вновь срываются. Этим больным не хватает собственных сил, чтобы победить болезнь, не хватает волевых качеств, чтобы самостоятельно справиться с непреодолимой тягой, а, кроме того, им не хватает поддержки (правильной поддержки и помощи) со стороны окружающих. Многие из них, большинство, ждут этой поддержки и помощи, и мы в силах ее оказать. Не назидательными речами и рассказами о вреде наркотиков – они сами все это знают лучше нас и сами испытали этот вред «на собственной шкуре». Они ждут помощи, которая позволит им выбраться (пусть медленно, пусть не всегда удачно, шаг за шагом) из ситуации, которую они оценивают как безысходную. Помощь, которая внутренне позволит им увидеть и оценить мир по-другому.
Аудиальная психокоррекционная программа (АПК-программа) «НАРКОНЕТ» разработана именно для того, чтобы облегчить и ускорить процесс психологической реабилитации больных наркоманиями – вернуть им смысл жизни, который необходим для возвращения к нормальной жизни. Еще в середине прошлого века австрийский психолог и психиатр Виктор Франкл в своих исследованиях обнаружил, что, если у человека нет смысла жизни, осуществление которого сделало бы его счастливым, он пытается добиться ощущения счастья в обход обретения смысла, в частности, с помощью химических препаратов.
АПК-программа «НАРКОНЕТ» направлена на устранение психофизиологических последствий употребления психотропных (наркотических) препаратов, в первую очередь на восстановление эмоциональной сферы, на повышение уровня самоконтроля и волевых качеств, на формирование и усиление тех личностных характеристик, которые помогут обрести новый смысл и новые цели жизни и противостоять срывам.
В комплект «НАРКОНЕТ» включены 2 компакт-диска, которые в течение курса психокоррекции необходимо прослушивать именно в той последовательности, которая указана в прилагаемой инструкции. Курс психокоррекции рассчитан на 63 дня.
В процессе всего курса аудиальной психокоррекции категорически исключается даже незначительное эпизодическое употребление психотропных (наркотических) препаратов, вызвавших зависимость. Если человек не в состоянии самостоятельно выполнить это условие, то необходимо предварительно пройти курс лечения в стационаре (больнице, наркодиспансере).
Первые месяцы после проведенного курса психокоррекции болезнь еще может напоминать о себе внезапными спадами настроения, состояниями уныния и даже внезапной тягой к наркотику.
